Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days and costs $8. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available for $15. US orders over $75 ship free!

Yes! Every US order of $75 or more ships free, automatically — no code needed.
✦ How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it right to your door.
✦ What is your return policy?
If something isn't right, contact us at orders@caseyschildrenscollective.com and we'll make it right. Please note that sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
✦ Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order, so pick your favorite! Codes like WELCOME10 apply to full-priced items.
✦ What ages do you carry?
We carry clothing and gear for newborns through age 12, including a growing tween selection.
✦ How do I find the right size?
Clothing product pages include a Size Guide section — check it before ordering, and when in doubt, we suggest sizing up; little ones grow fast!
✦ Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Checkout is processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout — we never see or store your card details.
✦ Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States.
