Stories to Grow Up With — A Parent's Guide & Checklist to the Bible Stories Every Child Should Hear | Printable PDF

Stories to Grow Up With — The Bible Stories Every Child Should Hear, From Toddler to Twelve

Some stories are just too important to leave to chance. This guide gathers the Bible stories every child should hear — the ones that plant courage, kindness, honesty, and a big, steady picture of God's love — and lays them out in the order little hearts are ready for them, from a toddler's first telling of Noah's Ark to the armor of God for your almost-teen.

What's inside (14 pages):

• 22 beloved Bible stories, grouped by age — Toddlers (2–3), Preschool (4–5), Early Elementary (6–8), and Older Kids (9–12) — so you always know which story comes next
• A story card for every story — where to find it in the Bible (book and chapters), a key verse to read together, and the heart lesson it plants
• Talk-about-it questions — two or three simple prompts per story that turn story time into real conversation
• A tiny activity or prayer with every story, so each one sticks in little hearts and busy hands
• Check-off keepsake strips — check off each story as you share it and keep a sweet record of your child's faith journey, year by year
• An affordable, safety-checked supplies checklist — all you truly need is your family Bible; an optional storybook Bible for little ones is the only extra suggested

Print-at-home details: Instant digital download — 1 PDF, 14 pages, US Letter (8.5" × 11"). Print at 100% — and reprint the story cards and keepsake strips as often as you like for your family. No physical item will be shipped.

Please note: This guide is for general information and encouragement only, and it isn't a substitute for your own church or pastor. Verses are quoted from the World English Bible (public domain), with the reference always shown so your family can read along in any translation you love.
